Gaining Entry Into Canada

According to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Canada has an open immigration system that does not discriminate against applicants based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, or sex. However, the point system by which potential immigrants are assessed is not neutral. This is where OBR can help you to maximize your chances for entry to Canada through diligent preparation and extensive research.

Obtaining a Visa

Visas are the passes that are necessary in order to apply to enter Canada on a temporary (non-immigrant visas) or permanent (immigrant visas) basis. Every immigrant and visitor must apply for and have a visa before appearing at a Canadian port of entry, unless otherwise prescribed.

Taking the Next Step

For more information on how to enter Canada in accordance with any of the above categories, please Contact OBR to arrange a consultation or fill out an Online Questionnaire that will be sent to OBR so we can assess your situation in advance.
